Oh man I did not win a meet and greet but you guys make sure you post how it goes seriously happy for all chosen and seriously blessed to be going to the Tulsa show
I wasn't chosen. From what I can tell, it seems like they only select 5 fans and you had to be a member for more than year of the fan club. I just joined this year. Oh well. I had to at least try. We only have today for tomorrow is not ours to plan.
Congrats to who won the meet and greets! Wasn't lucky this time, but you guys will have to post back on here after the show and tell me how amazing it was! Everyone have fun at the show, maybe I will see a few of you there!

Just left the concert Dolly was great what was also great were the fans everyone had a common bond and we just laughed and sang together with people I didn't even know allwalks of life. Thank you Dolly for praising Jesus and giving him the credit he so deserves you are a great Christian and such an awesome roll model, we love you...

Any word on the VIP packages? When I spoke to the company on friday they said the package should have arrived and that I needed to email the fan club for my artist to find out what happened. Does anyone know how to email the fan club?
A tad irritated (again, imagine that--from this site) about the VIP packages for this show. Has anyone received their package? I received the packages for 2 other shows from the summer leg of the tour at least 2 weeks prior to the show date.
Also, the company that ships the packages always sends a "Shipped" confirmation to your email address when the packages are mailed (with tracking detail), so I know that mine has not shipped for Tulsa.

As of Monday, 10/3, the company that sends the packages said they were waiting for some items and then would be sending them out. I don't have anything yet either. Like you, I received my package about 2 weeks prior to the Chicago show.

I keep saying the same thing. When I went to my seat after the M&G, my friend was asking me all these questions about what Dolly was wearing, what she said, etc., etc. I told him I had no clue because I didn't really get to look at her. I am very grateful for getting the opportunity to have my photo taken with Dolly, but I felt like it was very rushed. And, I don't know if anyone else felt this way, but it seemed she was perhaps irritated...?? I guess I expected the bubbly, friendly Dolly that I always see on stage and television. She really didn't even smile at me - it was almost like "come on, let's get this over with." Oh well...it was still a great experience for me, and I know I am very lucky to have been chosen! And, I am sure she gets sick and tired of having to stand there for photos with all these strangers!
It was great to me some of you at the show. I hope our pictures turned out good!

Hope you don´t mind my snooping in ;) Actually there was a show in England where one by one the photos were going up, except one show and then finally, finally got put up. But, it got there eventually! Everyone was happy too!
Does anyone know who we need to contact about the VIP packages? They have had my money for several months now and I have nothing to show for it. What's up with that?

I just phoned Artist Arena, the company that fills and ships the order. I was told that all of the items have now been received, and the packages are scheduled to ship tomorrow.
If anyone else wants to call and check and see if they get the same information, the number is 212-420-8500. You need to choose the option that says you haven't gotten your tickets yet and your event is within the next 48 hours. Then, listen for the other prompts so that you can choose "8" to speak to a representative. It's a difficult system to navigate!
