Hi i got my email today and nearly burst with excitement. I am finally going to meet DOLLY PARTON herself. I have a permanent smile attached to my face. See you all in Melbourne in 2 sleeps(maybe will get some sleep).
What time are you getting there - I see the outer doors open at 6.30 but the arena doors open at 7.15pm??
I might just get there at 6pm - don't want to miss this once in a lift time chance!!!! :)
Ha Ha yer thats what i meant probably wont sleep either im thinking maybe ill camp there for the day so i dont miss it. My email says get to the door 1/2 hour before they open but it doesn't say when they open so ill be there maybe at 5.50pm. I am printing my email now. See you there.
Instructions aren't that great - and I have read people from other shows missed there meet & greet cause they couldn't find where to go!!!!

For all going to the 2nd Melbourne show tonight, please mention here whether they film the concert again (especially seeing they had the technical glitch).
I'm hoping it's still the 1st show that's for DVD and they work their magic with the editing machine.

I went to the second show and it also was recorded. Im hoping they cut bits out of each show and use them but i think the 2nd one was better not performance ways but without the problems with mic and in the audience front row she had guys dress up with t shirts with her initials on them and blonde wigs i just have a feeling they will use that show but you never know. It was great but after sitting so close the night before nothing beats that. Might be going next week not sure yet. Im going to put my pic on a canvas i think harvey norman have 50% off ha ha

Yes i was in the 2nd row, having the time of my life, was wearing a pink checked shirt,the show was amazing, i have been lucky enough to see her in concert a few times before at Dollywood ( dont know about luck moved heaven and earth to get there). the show was fantastic.l am so happy for you getting your meet and greet, was it everything you dreamed and where were you sitting??

I was just in front of you and could hear you proudly singing every song :-) I mentioned to Dolly back stage that I was in the front row and she grabbed me and took a took a good look at me, then said I'll point you out, and in her first song she did. Was fantastic!
I can't wait to frame the program cover, my ticket, the meet and greet pass as well as the photo, it will hang proudly in the 'pool room' :-)

Yes David go to the ticket sales van outside the rod laver and take your email there. They will give you your pass and then just wait on the wall near there for your host. I got there at 6 thinking the outside doors open at 6.30 but we didnt get taken in until after 7. We met Dolly at 7.45. It was a very special moment for me that i will never forget. Please say hello to her from me (Ingrid who gave her the orange roses) if you get a chance. Enjoy the moment youll love her she is beautiful.
