Due to the restrictions of some shipping methods, we cannot accept a P.O. Box as an address. Please have the package shipped to your home and/or business.

Note we do NOT STORE any credit card information, for your protection. You will be REDIRECTED BACK HERE once your transaction is complete.

PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: for shipping purposes please email your phone number to orders@dollypartonmanagement.com with your Order ID number as the SUBJECT; as it does not transfer over from the PayPal order form. You will receive an email containing your Order ID after you complete the purchase.

When shipping to an apartment or suite, please be sure to note the apartment or unit number in the address 2 space.
