I know that my copy is on it's way via Amazon - but then it has to go to be wrapped up from Santa. I am getting flash backs of the frustrated excitement that accompanies Santa's visit. Will probably burn the Christmas dinner because my nose is stuck in the book - especially as you say it's good. It would serve my gang right for making me wait lol.

Hi Mary the book doesn't get released here until Dec 3 but as my work is distributing them i got to get it early and i got a staff discount which i kind of feel bad about as i found out all the proceeds are going to the dollywood foundation. When the book first arrived in the warehouse the lady in stock control came and got me and we walked up the back of the warehouse so she could show me a whole pallet of them then it went into new release and everyone working there came over to my section to show me the book then it was moved into dailies which is my section its on shelf 3NB7 and everyone who picks it yells out and waves the book at me LOL i guess i must talk about Dolly a lot. I know how you feel about waiting i've ordered the cd version from amazon dolly is narrating so i'm waiting for that. Its not a big book only 118 pages thats how i was able to get through it in one sitting LOL I think you will love it especially the Dolly Mama section and quotes at the end although we've heard them all before I still get a laugh out of them. I was reading them out to the girls on the line some of them have no idea who dolly is if you can believe that they think she is a comedian.

lol same with me....i'd be at work and even some of my coleages say who's Dolly? and all the kids say the same thing....i'm like man these people need to snap out of it and get her cd's lol....on another note....i did read her book...it was cool and i can see how it was an expansion on her speach......and what the hell is it with the media asking if she is gay....if they new Dolly.....they wouldn't need to ask because firstly if she was she would freely admit it (being as honest as she is) but also there is the implication that her marriage to Carl is a lie which i find quite insulting.....i so dislike the media ><
Got the Kindle Delux version
Got the Kindle Delux version myself. Just started reading it. It is very inspiring. So glad that she decided to do this and it is such a complete thrill to me that the proceeds do go to the Imagination Library. It is great of her that she does this for the Foundation. The videos and few pictures are great too. I was just completely touched by the one song... So beautiful. Won't give that one anyway, that is a plus. You have to hear it first.

CD????. I didn't know there was a CD too. Gonna sort that out myself - not risking a family screw up. Imagine Dolly talking to us on a one-2-one base (ok so she won't hear us reply but who cares - the book is called Dream More so that can be my dream.
As for Dolly'ssexual orinentaion - the press obviously doesn't know her very well. As for her marriage - well it works for them. To be honest I doen't really care whether it's true or not. I love her and her music - warts an all.
