HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK!!

My account name used to be BetterGet2Living. I am quite upset because I finally have the possibility of achieving my dream of a meet and greet...then they decide to upgrade the website...My account is gone...I go to request new password, the e-mail never shows up. I go to get a meet & greet with this account, it says I have to sign up for a membership...Um...I have a membership. I've e-mail info@dollypartonmusic.net multiple times with NO RESPONSE!! It probably goes to the same place error e-mails on google goes....nowhere. I'm guessing Laura no longer runs this site...She would respond!! Anyone HELP??!! THANK U!!

I had a problem but requested

I had a problem but requested my passwordto be reset - even though I was using the correct one. I was given a temp access and changed my password and that sorted it out. Good luck - let us know the outcome.
