As interest seems to be fading for the 'Name the song' challenge I thought it might be time to try a new challenge. How well do we know our Dolly? Well that's what we will attempt to find out. As usual your task is to answer the question and set the next one.

It was indeed the gorl from the bank and as Dolly says often 'she didn't get my man'.

There are a couple of dogs that you may be referring to. A dog belonging to an uncle adopted Carl - Blue. The dog stayed with them when the uncle moved away. The dog was old when Dolly and Carl got him and died not too long after. The next dog is the one I thing that you my have in mind. Dolly got it for Carl and put a sign around it's neck stating 'Blue sent me'. This dog was called Popeye.

I think the last album she recorded for RCA was Real Love in 1985 but there were some collection albums after that - Legends in 2005 is the last I believe (Not sure that counts as it was compiled from previously recorded material.

When Rotherham joined the scheme I few years ago I had the task of setting it up, I created a payroll deduction code of DIL (Dolly Imagination Library) It was only later that I realised I could have chosen a better code - I took quite a bit stick for giving Dolly an acronim of DIL.
