Why are we seeing so many advertisements on the members area. Surely this is not the purpose of the site. We are here to share all things 'Dolly'. If you want to sell a service use the local papers.

I couldn't agree more and have you noticed several different people have started blogs regarding these adds but if your not quick enough to get on and read them they get pushed further and further down the page by more adds maybe things will get back to normal after the silly season is over

Have been deleting adverts under blogs and comments...will continue to monitor. I discussed the issue with our web company and was told that companies pay people to create accounts on artists' websites and post spam. It is hard for the system itself to catch these posts because it actually is a real person. If possible, please send me a message with the username when you see a spam posting. I will continue to work to block these users. Thank you, Laura
