My Better Day LP Disaster

I just opened my signed better day lp that I ordered from the limited package and was absolutely horrified, digusted and heartbroken. My lp was totally water damaged and knocked around. I paid a lot of money for it and waited so long, but the money does not bother me its the loss of the lp signed by dolly. I am going to the post office to get them to sign off how damaged it is and try to apply for a replacement. Can somebody please help me. Laura E, anybody.

you send an email to the place on the paper that came with it service@cinderblock.com and they send you an R.A number then they will sort it but you have to email first

I was just wondering now myself. How do you get a signed CD of this new album of hers again? I´m sure I saw how somewhere but I can´t remember where.

And, yes, what a disaster! I feel for you! But I´m sure if you send it straight away and ask for a replacement, things should work out.
