New Dollyite Around!!!
Hey guys I was wondering if there is a blog where new Dollyites introduced themselves...? I'm new!!! I'm Eluny Boshoff (22) from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm a 3rd year Drama student. So nice to finally find a place to share some Dolly love LOL As I'm a new found Dolly fan I kind of feel lonely as I don't have any Dollyite friends (yet) LOL I was watching Unlikely Angel the other night and when Dolly does the dreaming scene saying something like: "I finally found a man I can see spending the rest of my life with and wouldn't you know it, I'm dead!" I was totally hooked on EVERYTHING DOLLY <3 I've always been a Dolly fan and loved her music but it wasn't until recent I discovered the brilliance that is Dolly Parton.
So this is just me popping in saying hi to everyone and I'm so proud to be calling myself a Dollyite now :D

Hi Eluny, I'm new too - joined after I saw Dolly a week ago in Nottingham UK. Always loved Dolly & her music, but since I saw her Monday, I have become a much bigger fan.Bought Better Day album, nearly worn it out already and have another of her albums arriving tomorrow hopefully :)

Anyway I've bought her Better Day album from Amazon but through a South African online store so I have to wait for my package, I'm expecting it around the 20th of September can't wait to jam out to the album. Actually, I myself am an older fan from the time of the Ambassadors until it was disbanded. Joined the Dollyites when I suddenly started realizing the Dolly fan club was back as the Dollyites.
Yes, it is really nice on here. The people on here are great and very nice!
Myself, I have always loved her voice, her music, songs and all the movies and the musical 9 to 5! She is a lovely lady, true in her heart! Love that about her!

Oh my goodness thats 13 years then!! anyway my name is gemma and i am awake at this time as i am far too excited about the birmingham concert tonight that i cant sleep!! To top it all off, i have won a meet and greet and am still in shock that i am actually going to get to meet the wonderful Dolly herself!!
