ok following on from our great (over 100 posts in the first one), this is a continuation from that one so we don't disapear off the page
the next song is easy: 'Just to find....'
Its 'Coat of many colours'.
Well done everyone on reaching 102 it might even go further along side this. Good job dollyismyangel for starting it all.
Another easy one to gets us all going. 'You say your love is over'
Is it put it off until tomorrow? although thats you say our love is over so it might be something else Dolly sounds so young on that track. I'll wait for confirmation but that's my guess.
we get a telegram from the queen when we turn 100 but you have to write away and let her know your going to be turning 100 i have my great grandmothers one
You are right Suzanne - sorry must be using my set of dyslexic fingers instead of my real ones - it is indeed Put it off until tomorrow - and should say 'your'.
Perhaps we should let Dolly know that we have reached 100 and get her to send a card lol.
Go with the next song Suzanne
thanks Mary....but really...i was just procrastinating from assignments lol its amazing the things i do to avoid doing them until the night before hehe...also i now officially as long as i pass only have 3 more to do woot!!

here is the next one
"packing my suitcase"
ah ha...knew this one without looking it up ;) its hearbreak express...wow that's a blast from the past, haven't heard it for years!
ok next one is my all time favourite Dolly sung it on her laastest tour and freaked me out ....i turned to my friend and said 'holey beep i can't beeping believe she chose this beeping song out of all the beeping songs she has sung lol was sooo cool...i know it narrows it down to only a few songs...
'its been a long...'
I love this song too it was the best opening to a concert just her voice from behind the curtain magic it's Light of a clear blue morning
next one "Daddy you can load the rifles up"
it is indeed a very motivative, inspiring song and such a great choice for an opener!!
the song is 'tennessee homesich blues'
next one 'But our dreams all fell...'

The song is 'You are'. Wow you are going through some wonderful songs. I love all the old songs - mind you I love all the new ones too.
Keeping with the old ones for now though - 'Lost in each other' is the next song.
It's Love your so beautiful tonight

nah it wasn't a full on op...in and out in a couple of days now i'm back in action

next song 'now that's when i was just...'
That would be the first Dolly song I ever heard
"when the world has turned the last time"
it's longer than always ;)
next one 'I lie awake at night'
I think its blue me
next one "life was free and simple"
it's Gypsie joe and Me
next one; 'and the way i'll be'....love this song!
Its' - 'Country is as country does'. I love all this album and I wish Dolly would bring out the DVD of the Better Day tour - instead of repacking Live from London.
The next song is - 'Now the rainbows have all gone'.
I hope that you are over the operation Dollyismyangel and that you are back on top form. Take care.
The song is still - 'Now the rainbows have all gone'.
But you loved me then
Next one "London bridge is falling down"
didn't have to look this one up its Me and little Andy....sad song ;(
next one 'I had lost something..'
great now i've just gone and listened to it >< so bloody sad....i shall not cry >< what sucks is even if it wasn't based on a true story it easily could be over and over...well i'm off to watch star trek or somthing positive lol

next one 'I found another man..'
Is it Satin Sheets? That line is - I've found another man, but I can't think of any think else.
I will carry on with another song - if I'm wrong you can throw me off the team lol.
Next song (provisionally)'No money down' (I am actually just listening to this album - is that cheating)

You still have me beaten darlin'. I for one, give in. Tell us the answer - it's driving me crazy.
awwww it's High and Mighty ;)
ok next one 'the promise of love...' this one was hard to find a row that didn't have the name of the song in it lol
Thanks for the answer had no idea LOL even with the answer have not heard of this song before I guess I'm not that big of a fan.
I think the next one could be Randy but i'm not sure
yep it's Randy...and don't worry there are a few i've not heard of either lol but i think it just depends how old you are and how old you were when you realised Dolly is who Dolly is lol...post your clue!!
Here is an oldie
"I've been pulling back the curtains"
On another subject does anyone know when Joyful Noise will be released in Australia most movie sites say 26 April but none of the major cinemas have a listing for it. They should release it in 3D that seems to be the new fad LOL
tis Better move it on home
ummm you're right i can't find a proper place where the movie is showing...at least the main cinimas over here....they are sooo slack....even more off topic...the other night i had a dream that i took Dolly to see the movie lol and she was sitting next to me and kept say 'oh gosh i like the songs' and i said to her that she should since she wrote most of them...she looked at me like she didnt know what i meant and it was that moment i realised it was a dream and i just looked at her and told her to take care of herself and everyone close to her and i left the dream lol....hate it when i realise some dreams are just dreams.....
anyway i guess just try to google or even ring someone at the cinimas cause they might know...i will search tomorrow
next clue 'I asked my Captain...'
wow you're right...i can't find it listed anywhere...at least in brisbane ><
I'm in VIC and last week I was excited because at village under coming soon it had joyful noise listed and you could watch the trailer now it's not on there any more. I've ordered a copy from amazon it will be here before the movie comes out here
Its the same in the UK. Cinema release is supposed to be this weekend but I cant find it listed in my area - could just be in London or the big cities. I have, however been able to order a copy from Amazon for as soon as it becomes available - sorted (and I get to watch it for ever.
Right back to the song - its one of the Heartsong tracks - In the Pines.
Next song - here's one that even the baby Dollyites will know 'From rags to wishes'.
hehe tis Backwards Barbie.....
yeah i'm just going to order it too...really i'm kid of saving a whole bunch of cinima goers from hearing 'oh look its dolly' and 'woot she wrote that song and isn't she funny" lol so probably for the best.....nah i wouldnt do that and i have to say i'm quite annoyed with Australian cinimas right now ><
ok next one ..'Hey hey i won't take your pay'
Mule Skinner blues next one "how often I long"
I went into the actual cinema and asked they've never even heard of joyful noise
The song is 'Do I ever cross your mind'.
It sounds as tho' our countries are playing the waiting game. They are probably waiting to test the support for the film in the large towns and cities - well stuff 'em I will buy my own. I guess it isn't violent enough for many of todays young 'ens - what about us older patrons - there is plenty of crap that we have to watch (oops sorry did I actually type that - well say it like it is has always been my motto)
I guess I better move swiftly on to the next song. It's 'I can't believe that it's wrong'.
It's "Even a fool would let go"
I've ordered my copy as well it should be here next week but i really wanted to see it at the cinema with the dollyites i met at the concert :(
next one "I don't believe you have the right to ask me to be different"
its my kind of man
hello again everyone just on the topic of joyful noise australia our cinema told me it was going straight to dvd as it diddnt go well enough in cinemas.....i thought that was a load of **** as from what ive heard its went well so i dont know im just waiting for r4 dvd and ill just buy it too.....CANT WAIT
ok next song " i promise for keeps "
it's we might be in love...
i knew it was too good to be true to see Dolly on the big screen over here.....Australia sucks big time for this >< ..at least we got to see her in the hugest way possible with her tour hehe nothing can beat seeing her on stage...well cept maybe sittin down and havin a cup of tea with her lol
okies...next one....'A song of joy and....'
its heartsong love that album i wish it was on DVD the crowd seem more into it that live and well DVD where they all just sat there maybe we weren't excited enough on the BDWT thats why they haven't released it on DVD LOL.
next " though the sun may be dawning..."
its sweet summer loving
i know australia sux for the movie bit but the brissy show i saw the crowd went off so they should have got good live filming in aus for the bdwt dvd so i hope it still gets released
ok next one "the lipstick or a little gloss"
The song is 'Cologne'.
I hope the BDWT gets released on DVD. Live from London was ace. All will be forgiven once we have our little mitts on the 2 DVD's lol.
Next song - 'I see them everywhere'.
