Meet & Greet (Australia)

Could someone please let me know how long before a concert that you receive an email to advise whether or not you have won a Meet & Greet? Do you find out even if you don't win? We are going to the Melbourne concert next week and hoping to win but not sure how many days before we will be told if we did or not. Thanks heaps ! :)
