Anyone know who to contact regarding my Dollyite membership status not being updated?
This is causing me not to be able to register to win a Ga meet and greet for the Alpharetta, Ga (Aug. 3) concert.
I tried contacting the email addresses listed on the receipt, but have not gotten any responses.
I can't find any info on the website about who to contact.
I paid for the membership in March to be able to get pre-sale tickets to a concert,
and am now trying to register to win a meet and greet...
When I try to register for the meet and greet, I am told I don't have permission to access that area.
I also can not access the member only areas of the site.
I am not very happy about having paid for the membership, and not being able to use it!

No responses from any of them. Its too late to register to win the meet and greet I wanted now, but I would still like to figure out who to contact to resolve this problem.

I am nervous about paying for my membership to get presale tickets going on sale tomorrow, because I am afraid this will happen to me also and I won't be able to get the presale tickets. If they would give us something, like a CD for our membership payment then this wouldn't be so bad, but they don't give us anything except being able to get presale tickets. Please let me know if this was solved for you, thanks!
