Went to Dollywood over the weekend :)

Hello!

I spent the weekend in Pigeonforge and Gatlinburg with my husband we had a great time. We went to Dollywood on Saturday, now some people think Disneyworld is awesome and a good time but for me Dollywood is heaven. I love it, I could spend days there looking around talking to the craftsman watching and learning. It is such a beautiful place, it is as bright and as beautiful as Dolly. I have always been fascinated with her from the time I was a little girl to now into adulthood. I just think there are artist you know when you see them you are whitnessing greatness. I have seen her in concert a few times, not as many as I would have liked as I am a younger fan. But I intend on seeing her every chance I can get when she comes close to me. I dream of the day I can meet her and tell her how much her music and story has pulled me thru the darkest of times in my life to most amazing times of my life. To tell you the truth my earliest membories are of sitting on my grandpa's lap listening to her. I have a play list of his favorite songs on my ipod and when I listen to it, if I concentrate real hard I can still feel the stuble from his face on mine.

I am loving the twitter contest too, I think it is awesome that she is keeping up with the times. I get so excited everytime I get a tweet and it says Dolly Parton and it comes to my phone lol . Well anyway I am not much of a blogger just thought I would share my weekend and love for your favorite lady.
